Elsa Woman
Elsa Woman ("we", "our app") lets you delete your account and associated data at any time.
If you cannot access the app, send an email to info@elsawoman.com from the email address linked to your account. Include the subject line "Delete my Elsa Woman account" and we will process your request within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).
When you delete your Elsa Woman account, we delete or anonymise the following:

| Pregnancy tracking data | Yes – permanently deleted |

| Chat/message history with doctors | Yes – permanently deleted |
| Payment/transaction records linked to you | Yes – permanently deleted |
| Activity and analytics data linked to your account | Yes – permanently deleted |
| Audit logs that reference your account | Yes – removed |
Notifications: We may retain notification records with your user ID removed (anonymised) for system or compliance purposes. These records can no longer be linked to you.
We do not retain a copy of your personal or health data after your account is deleted. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
